WithinReach Foundation, Inc. is a 501C(3) corporation that provides college scholarships to students who have passed the high school equivalency exam in New York State and plan on attending a City of New York college or university. Currently, the scholarship is specifically for adult learners who have successfully completed a minimum of one semester at the Borough of Manhattan Community College's Department for Continuing Education. ©2018 Within Reach Foundation.
